Matthew R. Walton

Having over 24 years of experience, Mr. Walton directly oversees Finance and Administration as well as IT Departments. Accountable for financial guidance and strategic planning, he leads shaping and implementation of business and organizational performance against annual budget and long-term operational strategies. He is additional responsible for determining the best market for expansion efforts, and execute business plan(s) for expansion or acquisition. He routinely oversees staff, financial budgets and cost management, month-end and year-end closing, generating financial statements & the analysis and reporting thereof, management of cash flow and forecasting, federal and multi-state taxes, insurance requirements, and determining compensation plans that are in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Walton, a native Floridian, earned a Bronze Congressional Award for Voluntary Public Service and subsequently a Congressional Nomination to the United States Merchant Marine Academy at the age of 17. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science as a Commissioned Naval Officer, Mr. Walton began his shoreside career as a dry cargo ship broker for Erhardt-Cosbulk, brokering and trading both vessels and large-volume international freight. Mr. Walton moved forward in his career to join Moran Towing Corporation, the oldest tugboat and barge company in the United States, managing ports of Miami, FL and Charleston, SC over 11 years. Mr. Walton then joined Tropical Shipping as Island Manager for St. Thomas-St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, overseeing approximately 70 percent of the Islands’ commerce running Tropical’s main international container shipping and multimodal operations hub, while taking an active role in the Virgin Islands community. Taking the career path of Port Authority Senior Management, Mr. Walton accepted the Director of Operations position for the Canaveral Port Authority relocating back to the States. Over Mr. Walton’s career his primary management duties surround managing profit and loss of finance and operations up to $40 million and a staff of 225, and strategic direction thereof, while responsible for: finance/accounting, engineering and maintenance, operations, sales, customer service, administration and personnel, and compliance of federal and local regulations. Additionally, he has taken active roles in federal, state, local business, and community involvement. Mr. Walton has served the local community on numerous boards and committees.

Greg H Klebanoff, P.E.

Greg Klebanoff has over twenty-nine years consulting engineering experience and is a Registered Professional Engineer in thirty-four states. Providing a unique focus on the analysis and energy conservation retrofit of commercial facilities, Greg has conducted technical energy audits for hundreds of facilities throughout Florida, including hospitals, colleges, government buildings, and airports. Most of these audits were conducted under the National Energy Conservation Policy Act (NECPA) program and resulted in significant funds for retrofit projects. Greg’s design experience also includes chiller plant retrofits for energy savings, direct digital control system overlays to existing facilities, and ice and chilled water thermal storage systems.

EXPERIENCE:
Greg has performed design and construction administration throughout Florida, nationally, and internationally for multifamily projects, urban infill, timeshare and condominiums, mid-rise and high-rise, new and retrofit projects, as well as apartments, and hotels. He has extensive experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems project management including packaged vertical air conditioners, water source heat pumps, chilled water systems and additional experience with cost effective design of HVAC systems, to minimize moisture damage to buildings on the Florida coast. His knowledge and experience also includes mechanical design and construction administration for retail, office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, medical office buildings, meeting and religious facilities.

Creston L. Johnston, Jr.

Mr. Johnston has been designing Electrical Systems since 1976. Starting out in the industry as a draftsman in the days of ink on Mylar working for his Electrical P.E. father, he has developed his skills as a Designer in Engineering, and later worked to develop a specialized skillset in Contracting, and Special Systems Manufacturing. Creston has built a solid reputation based on excellent judgment and honesty as well as his outstanding design talents. His experience in both the design and the installation side of the construction industry, inclusive of HVAC Systems, has afforded him a well-rounded design approach, and Creston oversees Quality Control of all outgoing projects.

EXPERIENCE:
Having been an accomplished designer, and in charge of Quality Control since 2001, Creston has been involved with all levels of Electrical Systems Design including multifamily housing, commercial, hospitality, industrial plants, schools, and military projects. He has been involved with ambulatory surgery centers, and multiple hospital projects as well. This experience has lead to an open relationship with the various inspectors at the Florida Agency Healthcare Administration which has helped to expedite projects through the review process in a timely manner. Creston Johnston’s background in all phases of Electrical System Design including lighting, fire alarm, and overall distribution systems, as well as comprehension of quality mechanical engineering design in a wide variety of facilities has provided him with the ability to advise owners on the most efficient systems available for their facility. This direct experience has earned Mr. Johnston a solid reputation for reliability with both owners and contractors throughout the United States.
